K999 Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. has been manufacturing Pressure Vessels to meet client requirements over the past 16 years and has experience in the manufacture of vessel that meet international standards such as ASME, BS, AS/NZ and other world standards.

We have produced pressure vessels in carbon, stainless and alloy steels, Duplex and Super Duplex, including specialist type waste heat recovery (WHRU) boilers for the offshore industry where turbine exhaust gasses are used to generate stream for the process of producing more electricity.

K999 also produce conventional pressure vessels used in applications such as offshore fire fighting systems, oil and gas processing equipment, chemical and food processing, as well as air and water storage

We have completed pressure vessels for international and local clients which are built to meet the strict specifications required by international standards such as American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Australian, New Zealand, EU and other standards where qualification of the welding procedure and welding operator are subject to qualification by client requirements international code and ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems.

Engineering qualification and design calculations are undertaken to ensure that pressure and process design requirements are met to guarantee that the vessel is capable of operating safely under its intended purpose.
