ENERGY January 2025 / Wildfire Energy/ US$150,000/Brisbane, Australia
Project Overview
Client: Wildfire Energy
Scope: Fabrication and assembly of MIHG reactor module
Scope of Work
Fabrication of the MIHG reactor module to process and structural specifications
Assembly of module components, including gasifier shell, refractory, access hatches,
oxidant ports, and external skids for blowers and instrumentation
Integration interfaces for downstream cleanup and gas-handling systems
Compliance with ASME-grade pressure vessel standards and strict QA/QC procedures
Preparation for ocean transport with CSC-compliant intermodal container, including load-out and sea-fastening documentation
Fabrication Details
The project leveraged K999’s 33,000 m² yard and specialist facilities, including:
Heavy-fabrication and ASME-grade pressure vessel shop
Induction bending
Blasting and painting bays
Modular assembly capacity
Final QA/QC checks were completed before shipment.
The module departed Laem Chabang port under full export customs clearance and safely shipped to Brisbane, Australia.
We fabricated the prototype MIHG reactor module for Wildfire Energy’s pilot programme. The module was manufactured to meet Wildfire’s process and structural specifications, assembled at K999’s Map Kha yard, and prepared for international transport
