FPSO MV20 + FPSO P-57

Firstly in 2008, K999 were awarded several fabrication packages for the supply of waste heat recovery units for Tulsa Heaters Inc. client for Modec and SMB for their WHRU for FPSO MV20 offshore Congo and FPSO P57 offshore Brazil.

These projects consisted in the manufacturing in pressure vessel parts, including pipe production, steel fabrication all under ASME certification, requiring ASME “U” stamp under K999 authority. K999 also fabricated and supplied the WHRU ducting, exhaust stacks, associated equipment all supplied and fabrication was carried out under the requirements of ASME pressure code and specification.  

Scope of works for Tulsa Heaters Inc, included supply of materials, fabrication of pipe spooling and heater pressure parts. Fabrication of the structural steel support structures, surface treatment, blast and paint, which also included aluminum surface spraying, pressure testing, NDT testing, inspection and ASME verification
